this is a fascinating and moving museum. the display follows a timeline from the first world war to the present. I recommend to buy the manual as there are particularly interesting elements to look for there are regular movie shows with the movie shown on the walls in the main area. I found these are very interesting. the one I found most moving was how children affected by war there is a very good shop and also a caffe in front of location.
not as big as I originally thought, but still managed to spend amazing 2.5 hours there. they really recommend the place if they happen to be close. the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have really very good talks about pastness and contender with lady and man looking for rationalization. thanks!
prebook the visit about the website. the staff is friendly and nice, in any case ask with all that we had helped. the entire exhibition is very interesting and the layout of the museum is easy to follow and of course the poppy display is stunning, something you should see with your own eyes.
Such an amazing and insightful visit to the IWM north. Really recommend a visit here, and there is a car park on site that is reasonably priced for the location. The exhibitions and layouts are educational and informative too. Keep up the good work!
