Not your traditional Izakaya restaurant it's more of a local Japanese Tapas eatery. They have a massive menu, so be prepared to do some reading. Not sure how many are working in the kitchen, but the food flow is fast. Because of the extensive menu, I was concerned that quality would be an afterthought, but everything was delicious and well prepared. My first time here, so I kept PPQ and Hakka (close by favorites) in my back pocket just in case this didn't work out, but fortunately, all was fine for our party of 5. Research and studying the menu beforehand would be my suggestion before coming here. BB
Came here on a rainy day but surprised to see that it was so busy inside. It took us 15 mins to be sat but the inside is very small and cozy. Our server was very nice and attentive and the food was pretty good. Sushi was fresh and came out fast and all at once. The uni spoon was a little too salty but other than that everything was good for the price. Definitely will be coming back again, I feel like I discovered a hidden gem

They also have fried food and skewers, the pork belly was one of my favorites. I recommend getting their specials and nabe! Can't go wrong with the food here!
The food was delicious, appropriately priced, chef was quick with the orders and checked with our table to see if there were any isssues. Would eat here again. Small establishment with only a few tables and a bar that seats 8. Would arrive early to secure a spot

Our sushi was good enough, but note that this place is absolutely not an izakaya, it's just a typical sushi restaurant. I have no idea why it would be named this way, as no resident of Japan could confuse the two, based not just on atmosphere but also the menu.
This cozy Japanese restaurant offers an excellent variety of dishes. The sashimi and sushi are both impressive. I will definitely return to try more!
This is a fantastic little Japanese restaurant. It's rare to find a place that serves nabe, and the one we had was absolutely delicious!
Make sure to take a look at the specials board! They also offer an amazing happy hour on weekdays that features some great deals.

Food and price are ok. They were catering another group of friends who know the owner or chief. We felt neglected.
