Great dinner date atmosphere. Love you can see the kitchen cook. Unfortunately from the time we were seated our waiter rushed us, he seemed in a hurry the whole time. So we didn’t really get to enjoy our appetizer before the meal came out. When you have such a nice dinner spot you want to enjoy the company you came with and not feel rushed. My husband asked for his steak to be medium. It came out burnt all the way around. Almost jerky tasting. The middle was medium but to done on the outside. The super large baked potato was great. We gave the crab dip a try. A little disappointed it came with tortilla chips. Dip was good but needs a different dipper such as a nice bread or cracker. Price se...
First-time visitors! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We were lucky to get a fun and energetic server with a great sense of humor, Miss Allie (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) The martinis are fantastic, and they give you a generous amount. I had a prime rib, perfectly seasoned and cooked, smashed potatoes are creamy and a little lumpy, my favorite. My hubby had a KC strip with macaroni and steamed broccoli. Everything was delicious. You must try their calamari, it was some of the best I've ever had. Also, next level carrot cake, this carrot cake beats the batter out of all other carrot cakes- it is the reigning champion, and i need to know how to make it.
Food Service alway very good. Told the waitress we were celebrating a birthday, the waitress asked, Who was having the birthday? I told her it was my wife 's birthday. After dinner she asked what dessert we would like for this special occasion...we got their wonderful carrot cake. They charged us for this! When I brought the charge to our waitresses attention upon receiving the bill, she said, we no longer do free desserts for birthdays . Really?...that 's sad for so many reasons. Had we known it wasn 't complimentary, we would not have ordered it.
we have been going to this wonderful restaurant for 20 years. the staff and eating are always excellent. the only thing that tells me is that they do not help to celebrate special occasions with their guests. my man and I will celebrate our fifty years of high-time anniversary in December, and I was told the only thing the restaurant will do is aand le on a dessert they order. I think this is just a bit cransey for the caliber of this restaurant. that is absolutely my only complaint...the new peculiarities could want to rethink their practice.
The atmosphere, service, and food at this restaurant were all excellent. My wife and I had a wonderful time here. I ordered the Filet Kabobs, and she had the Steak Brazzo, both of which were exceptional. Our server, Joe G., provided excellent service. We also tried the Spinach Queso appetizer and the Very Best Chocolate Cake for dessert, both of which were delicious. Overall, everything was great and I have no complaints.
Rattlesnake pasta was a little dry. I would have liked more sauce and some Parmesan cheese on top. The queso dip and chips for appetizer was delicious and the iced tea is very very good. Had a great server and the atmosphere is wonderful. Reminds me of Houston on the Plaza. The baked potatoes look delicious. It gets very busy I would suggest making reservations.
The food and service at this restaurant were excellent. However, it was a bit noisy and crowded. We were seated promptly and enjoyed a delicious meal. The staff even packed me a doggy bag to take home. I now see why the restaurant was so full - the French Fries were delicious and addictive.
Went here for a birthday dinner, got the ribs with some french fries, they were delicious! (Especially those fries) Excellent food, staff, and service. Will definitely come back in the future.
