I absolutely love this restaurant, even though I haven't dined there yet. A friend who is a chef recommended it to me, so I decided to try their chorizo rojo, chorizo verde, bacon sausage, and buffalo chicken for grilling at home. My daughter asked me which one I liked best, and I couldn't decide because they were all so delicious. We also got the sausage-stuffed jalapenos, which were amazing. I'm definitely planning on stopping by for lunch soon. One of the great things about this place is chatting with Dave, the owner, who is clearly passionate about what he does, and it shows in the quality of the food.
I've been going to the Wiener Wagon for past couple years, and am elated that they just opened the Wiener Kitchen! The owners, Dave and Jess, have perfected the art of sausage. They know how to build the perfect flavor profile to go with their hand stuffed creations. My personal favorite is the Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa. I've also tried many more of their rotating selections, including things I would never consider trying. I have yet to be let down by any of the selections. If you're looking for sausage, there's no better! Just make sure to save room for round 2.
I don't usually enjoy sausages or bratwurst, but this restaurant was incredible! I've tried the bacon breakfast sausage with a fried egg a few times and it just keeps getting better. The texture is perfect, the perfect amount of salt, and a delicious savory flavor topped with an amazing white gravy. Today, they had bread pudding with caramel sauce which was perfect. I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast or lunch!
I decided to visit this restaurant on a whim this morning and ended up ordering pretty much their entire breakfast menu to get a taste of everything. I really enjoyed it. I especially loved the flavor of the sausage patty in the pancake sandwich and the pancakes with maple syrup were delicious. I will definitely be returning to try their lunch menu, especially the Pig Mac which looks promising.
Awesome food! The wieners are light and tasty a real treat! Very creative! Plus they have vegan and vegetarian! Not dense, greasy, and processed like something like some mass manufactured fare.

Chorizo Rojo with hot sauce and an egg was a terrific lunch. Grabbed a pound of chimichurri chicken links for the road!
