I normally never write reviews for this, but I feel like this was a bit mecessary so other people know what they're getting.We went for a friend's birthday. 6 people in total. We sat down and when the waitress brought our water, she accidentally dropped a full glass on one of our friends. She DID apologize, but nothing was offered to compensate. He looked like he just went down a waterslide from the Super Aqua Club. Also both him and I ordered a beer and it took over 15 minutes to get them.It was a busy night, so I understand the waitress not giving us 100% of her attention, but we did have to ask her for more water after waiting for a little while. I absolutely love the nachos at this restaurant - it's the only place I go to get them! They also have a great selection of alcoholic drinks. The prices are a bit high, but it's my favorite spot to go to. Many of the servers are incredibly friendly, especially Étienne and Trésor who have always provided excellent service. I recommend sitting in their sections. The outdoor seating is beautiful, and I enjoyed being visited by tiny birds. Restaurant Manager (Dave Bird) is not professional enough to manage the restaurant. He refused to combine 2 tables together to accommodate a group of 6 people and instead forced us to sit on hi-table although we had a kid and a pregnant woman who was not sitting comfortably. Restaurant manager was rude and refused to find us any solution or to give any reason for his decision. Honestly, this attitude has nothing to do with hospitality or guest service.
I am delighted to report that our experience at the restaurant was truly exceptional. We were able to dine outside and receive excellent service from E, who was friendly and bilingual. We spent around 2 hours at the restaurant and never felt rushed to order or leave. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. I will definitely be returning.
Good but overpriced now. The portions used to be much bigger. Went there yesterday and it didn’t fill any of us (we were 3) up. The service is fine, food is decent but the portions are really small for the price in comparison to other similar restaurants.
Met a client and had the worst steak in my life. I asked for rice as side dish and it was just plain old white rice. Nasty…not worth the money. 40$ cheap steak! Money not well spent for sure
