I've dined here frequently and I've become hooked on the deluxe chicken ranch sandwich. Some of my all-time favorites include the two tacos for just $1.78. The restaurant is clean, though it is on the smaller side. Due to COVID, the soda machine is not self-serve. I ended up waiting so long for my fries that they got cold before I managed to get the attention of the staff.
The staff here are very friendly, but they consistently get our orders wrong. There's a group of homeless individuals constructing a makeshift shelter outside, and it seems like no one intervenes. The overall atmosphere feels quite gloomy, and there's an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty bathroom.
Thanks to the morning, afternoon and evening/night Crew(s) at my favorite local Jack-In-The-Box in Rowland Heights! They all work so hard to ensure that my dining experience is always EXCELLENT! Thank you...Rocio(Rosie), Christina, Evelyn and of course, Carolina!
The food here is consistently good, but it's amusing that every time I use my EBT card, they always ask if I want them to enter my PIN for me. No, I don't want you to do that—please stop asking!
There's nothing quite like enjoying a Jumbo Jack with onion rings on a chilly day, especially with the special sauce and extra cheese! The service at the drive-thru was fantastic!
Decent food and quick service. Though shady area with shady figures hanging around that kinda trash the place but this isn't the staffs fault. Decent food for a late night bite.
This Jack in the Box has better food than the one on Golden Springs, which is a bit disappointing. I assumed they would all be the same.
Morning managers are ok pretty rude but the night crew is great on top of everthing they need to train the morning crew
The new breakfast tacos are amazing if you like their regular tacos I highly recommend!!!
