I observed an interaction between a homeless man and crew members of Jack In The Box on Saturday, November 25th at approximately 10AM. This is the Jack In The Box on Orangethorpe Ave., at the corner of Orangethorpe and Lemon in Fullerton, CA. I didn 't see nametags on the crew members involved, but descriptions and the time and date indicated should help identify 'em. The communication and rhetoric used on this man by the 2 Jack In The Box employees was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! The lobby has a somewhat gloomy and unkempt appearance, with dirty windows. The heavyset manager provided poor service; when we asked a question, he responded with an unpleasant attitude and seemed disinterested in being there, even walking away from us at one point, which was actually fine with us. On the other hand, the second person in charge had a much better attitude and improved our experience significantly.
I had a terrible experience at Jack In The Box. I ordered through Uber Eats, but they mistakenly gave my food to someone else. The app showed that my order was still being prepared, but when my delivery driver contacted them, they told me to deal with Uber Eats and then just walked away. I've tried calling the restaurant several times, but they never answered. The customer service was awful!
I visited Jack In The Box for two consecutive nights, and I found out that the dining room closes at 8:00 PM and they are currently not accepting EBT. The woman cooking food had her mask pulled down under her chin while coughing. I ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes for my soda after they had already served my hamburger.

As a driver, I wasn’t granted access to the restrooms. Since I spend my entire day driving, I don’t have a bathroom in my car, and it's not feasible for me to keep purchasing food just to use the public restrooms. Additionally, it's pouring rain right now!
I was recently approved for EBT, and when I found out that Jack In The Box accepts it, I was thrilled! It felt great to return to one of my favorite childhood spots and check out the new menu items. I wanted to order one of everything! Thanks!
Canada really needs Jack In The Box, PLEASE! The burgers are juicy and satisfying. However, the dining area isn't very inviting; it's somewhat dull and generic, reminiscent of places like Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's.

Ordered a grilled cheese sandwhich, and this is what they gave me. It's like they took the cheese out of the fridge, slapped it on some bread, and wrapped it. It was cold.....
What you should expect at a fast food place. Occasional long drive thru lines after 5pm. Other than that no complaints the workers do their job well.
