I will never return to Jack in the Box because their burgers were noticeably smaller compared to their increased prices. I expected the quality to match the higher prices. The attitude of the employees at this location could use significant improvement. They weren't very welcoming when my family placed our order, and we were the only ones who expressed gratitude. It would have been nice to receive a simple "thank you" or a friendly gesture throughout the process. I hope we were able to brighten their day a little, but I really wish management would work on creating a better atmosphere for their staff or hire more personable employees.
This location has limited holiday hours, but the staff is friendly and genuinely aims to provide excellent service. The drive-thru speed is decent even during busy times. I'm a fan of caffeine-free Diet Coke with a hint of lime, and I appreciate that they understand which options are truly caffeine-free, unlike some other locations that mistakenly think Coke Zero is the same. The food quality meets the typical expectations for Jack in the Box. The managers are exceptionally friendly, and the drive-thru can easily accommodate larger vehicles, including full-size trucks. I also found that they have a high accuracy rate with orders.
Today, I visited Jack in the Box and ordered a sourdough burger, a kids' meal, and a chicken teriyaki bowl. I usually enjoy the teriyaki bowl, but today it was surprisingly small, more suitable for a child than an adult. I was disappointed, especially since I spent a good amount of money expecting the usual size. Additionally, my sourdough burger was dry and not properly cooked, and all my food, including the kids' meal, was cold. It's crucial for the restaurant to serve everything fresh and warm, not cold.
This is the second time this week that my Uber Eats order was incomplete. The first time, I received missing large curly fries, and now it's jalapeño poppers. This location is disappointing.

Even though the dine in are was close and drive thru open but no car workers were kind enough to salle good to me and they even brought it outside for me!!!!!
Every time I visit this restaurant, it's always a fantastic experience. The staff are excellent and very attentive.
I really enjoy Jack in the Box, and this location is just like the rest.
Enjoyed the two for $6 croissants. Very tasty.
