Don 't waste your time coming here. Came for breakfast, they were out of sausage for pretty much the entire day. Decided to get regular food, sat down and realized they have outlets all over the lobby. I eat my food and decide to set up my laptop and dowork since the outlets were so inviting. They locked the doors, preventing people from coming in (only letting in SOME elderlyand a few disabled people). I ask the workers are you guys closed? The food here is very simple to make but it seems like the workers are bad at doing that. We sat inside this time we usually go through drive thru. But while we were ordering the lady was in a rush and rude . And while we were waiting the workers werecomplaining about how people wanted their food fresh. When we received our food, it was wrong and the cook Jose came out yellingat us and other customers about the number on receipt and about our orders. I will call corporate Monday . The bathroom wasdirty and lock did not work. Terrible please and the tables were dirty
I got my order right this time! In the past, I've had issues like missing items or sauces, especially with my Teriyaki bowl. This time, I took the extra step to double-check everything, and I was happy to find that my order was perfect. Remember to double-check your orders before you leave!
I had a disappointing experience at Jack In The Box. They did not pay attention to my order, resulting in poor customer service. Everything was wrong, and even a simple egg roll was burnt. I won't be returning to this place again.

I absolutely love the Deluxe Double Fish sandwich combo, especially with those big curly fries. If they advertise it more, I think it would really attract attention. The service is quick, and the staff are great!
