I hardly go to Jack in Box, decided to go and get something to eat. While I placing my order, the employee was rude by interrupting me while I was placing my order. When I confronted the employee…. said, “I didn’t appreciate being interrupted” the response I received back was silence. I said, “Well aren’t you going to respond?” Then finally I got response was told “what I can do, I’m by myself.” I didn’t respond, because I didn’t want to say anything that could come back to bite me. I actually just walked out and went to Covina Burger... They pay little to no attention to walk ins. They are So focused on the drive through that the dining room is mostly ignored. I waited about five minutes for the couple in front of me to be asked for their order, try then the counter person walked away and didn 't return even to give drink cups to the first couple. I could drive across town and be served quicker! It 's not like it 's gourmet food?!
The staff isn't very friendly. I've noticed that most of these JB locations never have the jack wraps available, and I don't plan on going after midnight; I usually go around noon. Even when I visit at 5 AM, I can't place an order because they're busy uploading sales.

The food at Jack In The Box was okay, but the service was disappointing. The cashier was rude, and when I asked about the menu, he simply replied, "This is Jack In The Box," which was unclear and unhelpful.
This restaurant is an excellent option for delicious, budget-friendly meals. I truly adore this place! The food is outstanding, and the service is warm and attentive. Additionally, the prices are very fair.
It was awesome! Sometimes the drive-thru staff can be a bit rude and seem unsure of what they're doing, but it’s no big deal. We usually only come here when we’re craving a snack, lol.
I prefer this location even though it involves a little extra driving. The staff here are friendlier than at other restaurants in Pomona, and they consistently get my orders correct.
