The clerk treated us very poorly and gave me a bad attitude, making it feel like we didn’t belong in the restaurant. I asked for decaf coffee, but he served me a cold one instead. When I asked for a hat, he said I was bothering him, even though no one else was in the restaurant. His attitude was terrible, and he didn’t give his real name—he said his name was Julius. I will never go to any Jack in the Box again unless they fix this issue.
I had a quick and convenient breakfast accompanied by some coffee. I decided to try the special Cheddar chicken biscuit sandwich, which was perfect for a hassle-free meal. The biscuits were much softer than the original, and the chicken was both crispy and juicy. It could have benefited from a sauce, but I added some hot honey I brought from home, which really boosted the flavor. As always, the iced caramel coffee was spot on.
The fries arrived cold, and the Jumbo Jack looked more like a small burger, with more bun than filling, so I ended up eating it with just one slice of the bun. The spicy chicken sandwich was mediocre at best. The fountain sodas were flat as well. I won’t be ordering from here again, and it’s no surprise I hadn’t visited in nearly five years. Save your money and pick another spot.
Pretty good for fast food. The service is fast and it is one of the most beautiful fast foods in the city. You are Auto-Dru is open 24 hours, so it is nice if you are ever hungry late at night. The munchie meal deal is hard to beat and goes nice with a shake. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It used to be quite slow, and I frequently received the wrong orders or items were missing. However, ever since a particular lady started working at the drive-thru window, everything has improved tremendously! My orders are always correct now!
The spicy chicken at Jack in the Box was hot and fresh. The staff were polite and friendly. The drive-thru was quick. In my experience, this location is better than other Jack in the Box spots nearby.
The BEST 2-for-$1 tacos I've had at any Jack in the Bay Area! They’re not greasy and are topped with fresh ingredients. If you're a taco lover, you definitely need to give these a try!

Spicy Cluck was really tasty, fries were hot, and Fresh. Drive thru exit is tight turn, just so you know.
