I've enjoyed my share of Jumbo Jacks over the years and even conducted some taste tests in San Diego for marketing research, where I anticipated the highest quality. However, the Jumbo Jack I had this morning was probably the best I've ever experienced! The staff was friendly, the place was spotlessly clean, and the burger was served hot and fresh. I added extra lettuce and onion mayo sauce to my order. Thank you!
My friend and I both ordered a supreme croissant, and unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it at all. We both thought it had a strange taste. We've been feeling pretty awful for over a day now, and for me, it was the only thing I had eaten all day. I usually try to avoid fast food, but I've noticed that South Orange County has surprisingly bad options in that department, and this experience just confirmed that for me.
This location was just okay. It didn’t live up to the standards I typically associate with Jack in the Box. The customer service was average at best, and the staff member at the drive-thru seemed a bit disinterested. Furthermore, the fries we received were not fresh.
It's always frustrating to arrive at a customer service business and hear, "Go ahead!" when placing an order, instead of a friendly welcome or a "good morning." It makes me feel like I'm a nuisance rather than a valued customer. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
About 30 minutes ago, I went to purchase four sandwiches, but the chicken in them was nearly raw and extremely tough. I attempted to call the store for a refund, but no one picked up.
The burgers here are far better than those at In-N-Out, and I truly believe that. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean.
Jack In The Box is always a fantastic spot for a quick bite. Their menu offers consistently great flavors at excellent prices.
