I hope corporate sees this. Y'all need better customer service. I say hi and thank u have a good day. Window closed on me. No hi. No thank u. I tried calling the store about an issue, I had to call 6-8 times, before someone answered and then hung up on me.... I get LA isn't the place to come for the best service and atmosphere... but ur getting paid to work a customer service job. And I make it my goal to be nice and to ACKNOWLEDGE YOU as an employee. U can do the same back for a customer...
Giftmas day alot of food spot were closed. i already was grumpy. I ordered a 22 croissant sandwich combo. Bit into the hash brown and immediately spit it out. I look at how sloppy the sandwich was put together. I just threw away the whole order. Found a donut shop and had fresh Squeezed juices made. I'd rather not get sick attempting to eat left over hash browns there serving I lost my appetite for the sandwich. Thanks jack, for the terrible experience
The drive-thru line was really long and it took about 30 minutes. To make matters worse, they forgot to give me my curly fries. When I finally got home to enjoy my chicken burger combo, I realized they had given me a burger with chicken instead. I paid $12.00 for this mix-up, which was really disappointing. It was a bad experience overall.
Well I thought it was going to be good until I get my simple order of a Jumbo Jack Combo with no cheese no onions no tomato that won't be hard I get to my destination and take a bite and there's cheese in there so basically it was a no-go on the Jumbo Jack how easy is it NOT to put cheese on a burger. Although I understand that their food may not be of the highest quality, that doesn't excuse the fact that they gave me my food in a trash bag. Additionally, when I called to complain, they hung up on me. I will never eat at Jack in the Box again, this is completely unacceptable!

It took me by surprise that they were charging for dressing. Other than that, the service was good, and the ac was working perfectly.
