In the morning it 's good, the food is good and if you dine in it 's kept clean and it a nice spot to sit down. However the night crew is GARBAGE! We went up to the drive through at 11:32pm on Saturday the 21st and the lady told us, sorry we 're closed cause I 'm on break the next day we come there around 8:30ish and we ordered curly fries with a rice dish(don 't remember what it 's called) and when we got back to the hotel THERE WAS ONLY AN EMPTY BAG WHERE THE CURLY FRIES SHOULD HAVE BEEN! That 's the only reason it gets a 1 star as that RUINS the experience there
This Jack in the Box is a refreshing change from the one located on Imperial and Brea Boulevard. It definitely deserves five stars, and I would give it even more if possible. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other location. The evening manager there leaves much to be desired and is not very pleasant.
The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the food. I ordered the Bonus Jack Combo, but it felt like I was cheated. This location used Jr. burger patties instead of Jumbo Jack patties. The burger patties were small and didn't even fit the bun properly; they were very thin.
The workers here are very rude and have extremely bad customer service. Cashier looks like drive thru worker maybe? (3:24pm) The store is very dirty, had to ask for towel to wipe down our table. Out of almost all drinks and nothing is stocked. Didn’t even give us napkins. Why did we come here?

I went through the drive thru, asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches, only charged me one. Ordered 8 orders of 2 tacos. Had to get off and get the other sandwich. Went home and saw that I only had 8 tacos instead of 16. Not listening and interrupted me when asking if everything was correct.
So apparently, if you ask for fresh fries you'll get them hot.. request went unnoticed.. my whole bounas jack combo was cold..
The breakfast was enjoyable, but since I haven't tried anything else, I can't provide a definitive rating.
I was the only car in Drive thru and they made me wait forever because they where busy doing nothing
