My review is based on the requirement that you order via the application, because this location tends to have a single person taking both the in person orders, and handing completed order to all of the customers. Unless the location is dead there will always be delays even with a basic online takeout order, and really long waits if you opt to order at the counter. As for the food, it's good, and I have not had huge issues with any order though if you need sauces, ketchup, etc make sure to ask. My last order was a Yummy Munch Meal of their Burger/Grilled Cheese , plus Fries, Tacos, Beverage plus as a Bonus Chocolate Cake, a great deal at $6 if you order after 9pm as I did heading home Sunday...
My occasional guilty pleasure at this JIB is their egg rolls, breakfast sandwiches, and shakes. Wait, what?! With Clement Street just a block away, known for its array of Dim Sum takeout, I'm raving about their egg rolls? Yes, I am! They're perfectly fried—delicious and consistently good. Most of the nearby dim sum places offer egg rolls filled only with cabbage, and they tend to be overly greasy. Here, they're served piping hot and with just the right amount of crispness. Their breakfast sandwiches are what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The service is usually quick and polite. The ambiance isn't much, as it's a small place, and I often take my orders to go when I visit.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake while ordering—I was hungry and didn't pay attention to the app, so I accidentally selected the wrong location. Both Jack's locations are on Geary Boulevard, but I confused the addresses; one is on the 400 block and the other on the 4000 block. When I went to pick up my lunch at 11th Avenue on Geary, the staff looked a bit confused. After they checked, they realized I had ordered from the wrong spot. The manager was extremely understanding and credited my order, allowing me to get the meal I had requested. She really didn’t have to be so kind, but she was. Thank you so much for your help!

Even after all the shakes I've had, my favorite is still the oreo shake from Jack In the Box! The shake is THICC and the Oreo pieces, although blended in, are still in good chunks that give the perfect crunch. Also I am just finding out that you can order extra whipped cream and cherries for free?? As a fast food place you can't really expect anything to be fancy or restaurant level but everything was average clean when I went (both the indoor and outdoor area). Service was very quick, simple but kind.
Like most Jack in the Box locations, this one offers affordable and delicious food. My favorite item on the menu is the tacos, as they are both tasty and budget-friendly. The lines can get quite long, and seating is often limited, but that doesn’t bother me since I usually eat in my car.
They really need to start following the hot food sit rules cuz I'm tried of getting reheated fries. And clean the grill better cuz I shouldn't taste bacon on my burger that ain't got no bacon. My drink was great tho, glad y'all restocked the sprite cartridges.
wonder why there's no plant based lot at least fish options available? I did ask the employee if they had any vegetarian options.... she told me I could order any burger without the meat. REALLY ?? As delicious as a lettuce sandwich sounds .... I declined
