They have obviously done some serious improvements here, I came here in the years past and was very disappointed pretty much everytime. Now I can tell you this is the best Jack in the Box I've ever had! Food is cooked perfectly, hot and delicious! The staff are very friendly, professional and fast. Well done whoever took over. It's clear they have a much higher standard than the last people. Super glad we have a great burger place close by now!
The worst Taco I 've ever had.I normally buy American Tacos from Taco Bell. I thought all American Tacos would taste the same so when I drove by this Jack in the Box and saw a deal, so I thought I 'd buy a few as snacks, but the flavor was the worst I 've ever had. the Taco Shells had a weird after taste. The filling was mostly beans and almost without any meat. I will never buy Tacos from Jack in the Box again.
March 2022 update. Not my favorite anymore since they seemed to hv changed the size and flavor and bread. Stop putting MSG in the food!!! In 2023 April I got onion rings after for 3 days was sick. Not sure if it had something I was allergic too but I won't eat there anymore. U NEED A WHEELCHAIR DOOR ENTRANCE IN RENTON LOCATION NXT TO GROCERY OUTLET. I CANT GET IN WITHOUT CALLING SOMEONE TO OPEN AND HOLD DOOR.

Food is never disappointing here . Will defenetly pick it over Burger kind and McDonald's. Customer service is also very good
