that is by far the worst jack in the box. The old lady who worked there for years is by far the most rude and unhappy person I have ever met. it is rude while they order her to eat and she is even more terrible when they come into the window. she doesn't ask if I want to throw any one they just throw what she thinks they would want there, and if they ask for the sauces they actually want that she has a posture and gave me 1 soße for 4 tacos and a medium curly frit. I recently visited the city and it was my first time trying the restaurant called "The Box" (which does not exist where I live). The service was exceptional and the food was delicious! The drive-thru staff were very friendly and the food was fresh. We ordered milkshakes that were beautifully prepared with whipped cream and a topping of 3 crunchy treats. The mini tacos, dipped in a creamy avocado lime sauce, were also fantastic. I definitely want to go back for more curly fries. I was told by the drive-thru worker that the chicken teriyaki bullet is the best item on the menu, so I will definitely be trying that next time!
As previously mentioned, the elderly woman serving was quite harsh a few weeks ago. I attempted to switch to another, slightly younger woman, but she seemed just as overwhelmed. The level of service at this establishment is inconsistent. I believe it may be due to a lack of proper management. Today's visit prompted me to write a review. The service was acceptable, however, upon arriving home, I discovered that my egg roll was not only undercooked but also ice-cold in the middle. I appreciate the effort put into ensuring that the food is cooked thoroughly before it is served.
I was just at the Jack in the Box drive thru at 4457 E. Nasa Road One in Seabrook, Texas, and I noticed a Nassau Bay Police Department cruiser just 2 cars ahead of me in line. I told the employee, William Mikolajczyk, on the speaker to put the NBPD order on my tab. He then ran out and grabbed my card for that payment. Waited 30mins just for 1 burger. The manager was helping with the drive though. The manager and the little kid helper standing out front was rude as hell!!!! I've always respected folks in this line of work but never again at this location. The manager and that kid up front was very lucky my son was with me or I damn sure would had smacked them both in the mouth!!! I truly hope this makes it up to the main office
Okay, a Fast food chain is typically not known for providing the best customer service, but this particular Jack in the Box location exceeds expectations. Christopher is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond in his role, providing top-notch customer service. I would gladly return to this location to be served by him. Jack in the Box could use more employees like Christopher.
This place has gone down hill. Placed and order, it seems less than what I ordered when I asked if this is is all they said yes. Come to find out it was missing half the order. And they knew it. They said they knew it was wrong and that it was just what it was. I have always liked this place but it is the last time I am coming here
It says that it's 24 hours but when you go at night it's always closed. It used to be the only 24-hour fast food restaurant in the area And I think that's a very untapped market that they're missing out on and now there's nothing I hope they bring that back but otherwise for fast food the food is what it is.
