There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. It also looks as though the woman took a drink or was drinking out of the cup she filled because there are 2 lipstick spots under the l...
This is the most consistently worse establishment my family, friends and I have ever visited. Every order given comes out wrong. What we have you had to learn is to unwrap the order while at the restaurant instead of waiting until home when it's too late. The staff and management seems to blame us instead of themselves. Please... Please... Do not patronize this restaurant. This is the worst review I have ever given to any establishment. I regret having to post at least one star versus zero stars
If you 're in a hurry and you think I 'll go pick something up real quick , avoid here. It doesn 't matter what time of day, there is always a line in the drive thru that continues through the parking lot. Is there only 2 cars there? Doesn 't matter, you 'll wait. It would honestly be quicker to go wait in the In-N-Out line twice.Unfortunately, I think they 're just always severely understaffed because anytime I go staff is hustling.
This place is THE WORST in everything. Poor management, terrible employees, food is never prepared correctly. Not only that but they never know their own deals. Don 't bother asking for the Dodgers/Lakers/Rams Promotion cause they won 't know what it is and when they finally do they give bullshit excuses as to why you can 't get that deal. So thankful there are other Jacks in the area. Can 't wait for this one to shut down someday.
Luis is absolutely kind, patient, benevolent, and will go the extra mile to help you choose from the menu by answering all your questions. He definitely has managerial communication skills, and character. The food is delicious ?. If you like spicy food, I recommend number 10 on the menu. Also, the mocha shake is pretty good.
Horrible service I just left the drive through without my order because I couldn't finish my order since the manager or lady their apparently could understand. She said they where super busy (no line inside or outside) some how very busy and spoke to me in a demeaning way. Seems like they need the coffee ! No star
I had a bad case of stomach flu driving back from Laguna Beach and I had to stop because I had diarrhea. The manager was cool. I used the men's binary fluidity room got a Dr. Pepper and continued on my journey.
The Jumbo Jack Sausage Combo with coffee was delicious! The service was awesome, cashier courteous and caring.Thanks Jack
Food was great. The only bad thing was service. The person getting the order was rude. Need a class of customer service.
