I’ve been here so many times and I’m done trying. I get a bacon and Swiss buttery jack and fries no drink. They give me the driest thing on a bun it’s basically a sandal. I can’t chew it I can’t taste any butter or other things in the sandwich. I would love to understand why they don’t just take it off the menu if they can’t afford to put butter on it. Half of the time when we go in and ask for sause we get either no sause or 7 sauces. The fries are always cold and hard as if they have been sitting for a long while. When I did come through and get a drink it always had no ice even though I would ask for ice. I have tried to give them all the benefit of the doubt and say maybe I’m just being...
The chicken club looks appealing on the menu. But in person, the lettuce and 3 tomato slices overwhelm the other flavors. And the bacon is extremely thin and doesnt seem to contribute to the flavor. The staff were extremely stressed and working hard, I felt bad for them. Drive through was 6 or 7 cars deep. I guess not everyone can be that In place or that chik place. Food service is tough. Thanks for the hard work.
Probably the worst Jack in Idaho, I'm pretty confident. Management seems to have abandoned this restaurant which has an aura of neglect and carelessness since I can remember. An order of two items can take over 40 minutes and no improvements in over 7 years is certainly a sign of things not changing any time soon. Avoid this place, go to the one by Wal mart instead.
Pizza is meh, Bland crust. Asked for fresh jalapeños as they were offered on other menu items but was given canned jalapeños . Honestly I would not go back unless I had no choice like a family Members birthday. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Update: went again this morning, same thing. The only location for this chain that makes me pull around and park every single visit. Every other location seems to do great in getting the food together fast.
This location was telling everyone to pull around front to get their orders. This was blocking up the parking lot. You couldn't pull in or out of spaces. Bad management.
The oreo shake will make your day better. I know it. God I love the oreo shake. So, so good. It's all I ordered and it was great. Every time I get it it's delicious.
