Been here twice and plan on visiting again. The atmosphere is laid back. It is very dog friendly, as a matter of fact the first time my friend and I came here, we were celebrating Precious's birthday (my friend's doggie). The food is good. I had the cheeseburger and it was tasty. Just ask Precious, she enjoyed a piece or two of it. The second time I went I had the Shrimp Basket and it was . It had the right amount of breading and they were plump and juicy. The selection of drafts is good and the drinks are good also. The prices here are very reasonable. They have a great outdoor seating area with picnic tables. Amy the bartender is very nice. I'm very glad that I decided to try this place....
Finally you have to try this place after living in the neighborhood for over 10 years. It is a little off the way from other bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. I wanted to love it, but it was totally OK. I could try again if I was in this area, but I wouldn't go out. Fried Pickles Paid $9 for a sad 11 pieces! It was too salty. Big Jack's Burger Defen a solid burger in the neighborhood and very tasteful. But I didn't really taste the sharp kick from the ghost suitcase. Great neighborhood establishment. However, the bartender working this past Saturday night needs better training. We were served skunky beer, she checked and “fixed” the line and repoured the beer without following up to see if it was better. It wasn’t. I left my full glass on the bar. Kind of strange that she wouldn’t ask why I didn’t drink it. She was plenty busy flirting with a couple drunk guys, though. Thanks for replying. It was the Five Boroughs and changing the keg didn’t help. It even smelled bad in the head of the beer.
love eating and service here! had a surprise birthday party and it could not have gone better thanks crates! my favorites would have to be the burger or the wings can't go wrong. new specials every week and they play all sports games on TV. a great dipable with low key to eat a few drinks and some comfort.

Had no idea this place on Bar Rescue! Ordered a cheeseburger and fries late at 9pm and it came out perfect and hit the spot. Beer selection was great and my fiancé liked her drinks. I was with a large group and our server/bartender kept accurate tabs of our separate orders. Five stars!
We’ve never been here but it looks FANTASTIC after Bar Rescues renovation! And that Urinal game? Brilliant ! We wish you luck, people will come just to see that firehouse decor ! Thank you for your Service too !
Favorite bar in the neighborhood! Great prices, great beer selection, so many indoor and outdoor seating options, darts, and occasional live music. They've definitely spruced up the ambiance in the last year.
