The mac and cheese at this restaurant was absolutely terrible and tasteless. It was like eating wet pasta with no flavor at all. After attending my stepmother's funeral, where the pastor had spoken poorly of her, I decided to try this restaurant and it was a total waste of money. Additionally, the service was poor, the table and stand were sticky, and the restaurant was too loud. I ended up feeling sick. I would not recommend the mac and cheese here, as my stepmother would have been very disappointed if she had tried it. I give it a 2 out of 5 rating. Instead, I recommend going to the Old Navy store next door, which I would rate 10 out of 10.
I ordered a few salads, fries, and a sandwich to-go. When I got home and opened the bag, I realized that the sandwich was missing. I went back to the restaurant to inform them, and they gave me a new sandwich and removed the original one from the bill. Later that evening, I found the missing sandwich hidden underneath the fries. I called the restaurant, Jacks, to let them know about the mistake and that I owed them money, but they insisted that it was not necessary. They said my honesty was enough. I was impressed by their customer service and will definitely be back. Plus, the sandwich was delicious!
ordered a couple of salads, fries and a sandwich to go. after opening the bag realized that the sandwich was missing. went back into the restaurant and let them know. they gave me a new sandwich and took the original sandwich off of the bill. laterthat evening I found the missing sandwich covered by fries. called jacks to let them know I made a mistake and that I owed themmoney. They wouldn't hear of it and said my patronage was enough. I will be coming back. Sandwich was delicious too!
Great tasting food, however every single time we've ordered here they at least miss something. Got urban fries with chicken no chicken came with it. Another time got a salad with chicken however no chicken. And again fries with no chili on top because my partner gets extremely sick from spicy foods and they still added it. If you order from here make sure you double check what you have. Don't recommend delivery because you'll end up not getting what you ordered or have items missing.

The Create Your Own Salad was fantastic. I loaded it with salmon, broccoli, shaved Brussels sprouts, edamame, sweet potato, carrots, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and avocado, all on a bed of spinach and kale dressed with lemon herb vinaigrette. A true superfood extravaganza! I absolutely loved it—delicious!
Tried the buffalo salad at Jack's Urban Eats for the first time, and wow, now I see why everyone raves about it! Absolutely delicious, and you can't go wrong with their urban fries. Surprisingly, I skipped the ranch this time, and it was fantastic! I usually dislike blue cheese, but this was amazing.
This was honestly one of the best salads I’ve ever had! The ingredients were super fresh, and the lemon vinaigrette was fantastic. I definitely recommend this place!
