Jade Dragon may be the only place in Hinsdale to get Chinese but it's not bad overall. Certainly it's better than it appears. The food comes out pretty fast and has some decent flavor. I have had lunch at this restaurant three times. The lunch plates are a great deal, ranging from 8 to 12 dollars, and come with a spring roll, choice of soup, fried rice, and choice of main dish. Everything is hot and expertly prepared. I opted for half of the main course and the hot and tangy soup was excellent. The service was friendly and experienced. I will definitely be returning!
Great spot downtown Hinsdale. Been at Jade Dragon a number of times lately since I loved one has been at Hinsdale Hospital. They are always friendly and accommodating. Moreover, the food is outstanding. I am partial to starting with Hot and Sour soup followed by spicy and tasty Szechwan Chicken. Also love the Scallion Pancakes.

General tso's chicken linch. Place is good! Wish they gave more portions though of meat though. The breading on the chicken was tasty but was like 70% of a piece. Going to try mongolian beef next time.... They have a delicious home made sweet and sour sauce.
Ordered a wonton soup to eat in. Our server was polite, but then the owner came over and kicked us out bc we didn’t spend enough money. he said the minimum was 10 dollars, which I get if the place was packed, but we were the only people in the restaurant.
