The food is okay. The store it could use some cleaning. Everything is clutter and looks dirty but that most nyc stores anyway. I notice I always get three different prices for food when I order. For example I order my food from the menu which shows the price, when i call they tell me a different price and when I pick up the food I get told a different price, each time increases. They are lucky the are only Chinese restaurant close by without walking or driving too far or else I would go somewhere else.
Update: You eat better now. From 1 star to 4 stars changed. Be careful, they tend to give you less food, then what you pay. If you buy 10 pieces, they will give you 5 pieces. For example, you cut a single leg in 2 pieces and at some point 3 and give it to you. I don't talk about a whole wing, just the drum that cut it into 3 pieces and sell it to you as 3 pieces. Very entertaining and shameless methods. Just be over the amount that is not necessary for such tricks!
Have seen a few reviews before considering to get something from there!My experience-They have overall good quality food for the money. As well really kind people working there.Humble Note toward other reviewer’s-Everyone has their good and bad days, so if someone experiences some uneventful customer service experience with them!
