I hosted a baby shower for my sister at this restaurant and I have to say, from the beginning to the end, I have never felt so uncomfortable at a place I paid for a service. My sister and I arrived early to set up some favors on the table. However, we were met by the owner standing at the top of the stairs, looking down on us. The first thing she said was, "Where do you think you're going with that?" A simple hello would have been a better way to welcome paying customers. I later found out that it was stated in the terms sent via email that we couldn't bring our own favors, which was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. Visited for a family birthday party. The venue REFUSED TO LET ANYONE CUT THE CAKE (the principal reason behind this terrible review). The disabled toilet was inaccessible. Tacky doesn’t even come close. Total pink-fest! Was giving me a headache by the end.. The food was patchy, the fish (goujons) and (chunky) chips were lovely, but could have used salt&vinegar or some lemon quarters in place of some rather bitter tartare sauce, the stir fry was insipid, zero flavour and the rice was both soggy and bitty. The chicken skewers were cooked fine but again lacked flavour.
Went on sunday 10th dec for Tina afternoon. The place is amazing decor is so lovely hight tea was fab staff lovely we were greeted at the door and the lady was really nice.showed us to our table. Tina Fabulous we danced all afternoon had great time defo go again. If I had anything to conplains about it would be price off the drinks so expensive. £75 for 3 bottles wine eek.
This was such a lovely find, from the outside Jam blends in to the street but when you enter it's just WOW! The decor and ambience of the place is simply stunning, great food, great service and really good cocktails, we went for a hen Party and the place was buzzing, if you have a party to book then this is the place.

Attended my friends Baby Shower here and it was just fabulous, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left cannot be faulted, the decor is simply stunning, food (afternoon tea) absolutely spot on, service attentive and professional waitress was always there when needed, such a beautiful afternoon.
Afternoon tea to celebrate my friend's retirement. Great venue: staff gave us all a lovely welcome and looked after us throughout our visit. Food delicious and plenty of it. Very clean, decoration and lighting enhanced the atmosphere. Thanks to staff for helping make my friend's party special.
Went here with a group of girlies for the Motown afternoon tea, we had a fab afternoon the singers had us all up dancing my only complaint was I didn't want it to end, Afternoon Tea was just perfect all fresh and tasty we've already booked for the festive Motown and can't wait to go back
Fabulous venue to celebrate a special occasion, we celebrated my Hen Party here 30 very excited ladies over for the weekend, Afternoon Tea was served and was very tasty, nothing too much trouble for the staff and entertainment was spot on, a very memorable visit indeed

This restaurant has fantastic food and the halloumi was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. There were 9 of us and even though they were full, they managed to accommodate us. We loved it when we came two years ago and had to come back again.
