Food: I was pleasantly surprised by the broth. It was light yet full of flavor, but not overpowering, making it very enjoyable. The meat could have been a bit more tender and offered larger pieces, but it was still delicious. The standout for me was the Bone Marrow; it added a wonderfully seasoned and indulgent twist that was nice to have for a change. They have an extensive menu with many tempting options, and I’m definitely looking forward to returning to try more dishes. Everything felt authentic and well worth it!

We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant, which offers a modern twist on Vietnamese cuisine. The banh bot chien was delightful, featuring a nice balance of flavors and textures. The Chinese sausage added a pleasant saltiness to the dish. On the other hand, the banh canh cua was just okay. While the pancakes had a wonderfully crisp texture, the pork meatballs served with fish sauce were disappointing; they were dry and had an off taste. However, the fried fish was excellent—perfectly crispy on the outside with tender meat, pairing beautifully with the banh hoi and fresh herbs. It was a fantastic way to end our meal.
I would like to start off saying that this restaurant definitely has a nice interior aesthetic and a very nice atmosphere. However I find the service and food to be fairly lacking. I was excited to stumble across this restaurant over several social media platforms, and had high hopes for it. I have been to this restaurant for three different occasions and I would like to say that I have yet to find a dish that I am completely satisfied with. The staff are friendly however the lack of attentiveness for customers is very noticeable. For the price and time it takes to receive the food I expected a little more.
The five stars I gave JAM Viet Kitchen shouldn’t be the only starts they have…(hint, hint Michelin). The staff were unbelievably kind and attentive, and the pho was hands down the best I’ve ever had. They pride themselves on their 24-hour broth you’ll know why once you take that first sip. Deep rich flavor with a smokey jaminess from the marrow, and bright floral notes thanks to the bounty of traditional add-ons like basil, lemon, and jalapeño.Super clean restaurant with a quaintness to it that makes you feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

We came here on a Saturday afternoon lunch time and it was bomb .. I usually would rate 4 stars but the owner food surprise me and my girlfriend of how good it was .. for sure coming back !!! . the only thing that threw us off it was a misunderstanding with the waitress but overall he was nice ! I don’t like seafood but his crab udon soup was very very good .. the seafood was well clean to the owner thank you for representing Vietnam authentic food not a lot of places make it the way Vietnam does : !
Absolutely order the garlic noodles! Wow, that dish was incredible. I opted for shrimp as my protein, but my friends raved about the chicken as well. It was delicious! I noticed someone at another table enjoying the crispy crepes, and I promised myself I’d try them next time. We visited for lunch, and the place was bustling, so the service was a bit slow. However, it was definitely worth the wait!
I’m gonna go broke here! This place is absolutely amazing! Food is fresh, taste is perfect every single time. You cannot go wrong with anything you want to try off of the menu. Portions are a good size. I personally love the Shaking Beef, the Pad Thai, the Prawns, the bone marrow soup…the list goes on and on. The chocolate brownie shake is the perfect dessert as well!
Absolutely my new favorite restaurant! Went 2 days in a row for the crab udon soup. It is superb! My friend ordered the macaroni pasta with tofu, flavorful and huge portion. Definitely will be back!

Absolutely love to getting to visit here! I had the special pho soup along with some horchata bubble tea. Both food items were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend!
