My mum and I stopped at Jamaica Blue with son for quick bite to eat and a much needed coffee. I use to be a "easy" customer but over the last few months my son has become dairy free. I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to have anything to eat as I had forgotten to bring with me some thing for my boy to eat. To my surprise when I asked if there was anything that he could have to eat I was told ' no there isn't anything that he could eat, but we can make him something to eat if that helps you.' For the first time since he has been dairy free some one actually went out of their way to make my boy something to eat while I was out shopping it was so very much appreciated. Been ages since I had a coffee at Jamaica Blue at this location. Good as always with nice staff and excellent service. I only had a small coffee with Soy Milk - very well priced at $4.00. The Coffee had excellent flavours but I have only given it an average score instead of Very Good as the Coffee was way too Hot - scalding in fact. Most people know that coffee should be hot to very warm but sadly this one was HOT !However I will go back and try again when next passing by.
The coffee is very nice at Jamaica Blue and food good value. We ordered the kids egg on toast for our little son and was surprised how big it was. The staff on the till seem to have a stroppy attitude for some reason. When I asked if they had a kids menu I was told no but when I looked on the menu myself it was there. Very off. The two ladies just seem to be full of bad attitude as opposed to friendly customer service.
I visited this coffee shop for the second time and again was subjected to rude service.Despite ordering an extra shot in my coffee I got a weak nasty coffee.When I questioned if there was in fact an extra shot,I got the eye roll and the ever present bad attitude.I give most things a second chance being mindful that people do have bad days.There are other coffee options in this small mall... so goodbye Jamaica Blue!
Often drop in for a coffee and maybe a nibble when we're shopping at Civic. Seems to take forever to reach the freebie on my loyalty card, but we always enjoy the seniors discount. Coffee is always excellent as is the food, though that can be a touch pricey, depending on what you fancy. Service can be a bit slow when they're busy, but there's plenty to read while you wait.
There was a plonker in front of us who kept changing his mind, some people cannot make a decision to save their life ! The counter guy, instead of asking him to step aside until he had decided, waited until a final decision was made. (need for training?)When we eventually placed our order coffee production was prompt & of good quality.
Busy or not Jamaica blue turned out the most delicious coffee today! What an amazing barista you have! The coffee was out as soon as I sat down and it was exactly what I needed! The classic breakfast was also out very quickly and was delicious. I will be back for another breakfast that's for sure!
Being on the road we missed our usual morning Nespresso this was the next best thing. As we are a member of JB from the Cooroy branch we scored a free coffee, winner. Service was prompt & coffee was good. Menu looked very reasonably priced.
Very nice coffee shop at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre. Lovely fresh food. Staff so friendly- it is a pleasure to stop here for a quick coffee and snack, or a more substantial lunch.
