I have been a customer for years and yes there was when I thought I was gonna find another restaurant to go to because of attitude and because I felt like I was getting very little meat and lots of rice. So , I stayed away for a while. Now, I decide to come back but sit in the car while my husband go in the restaurant. It took him so long to come out and when he finally does come out he was so pissed. I'm like what happened? He said the woman that was behind the counter was sitting there eating and sucked her teeth because she had to get up and serve him. I was upset with my husband and told him he should've walked out. For Thanksgiving, we got their coconut pineapple cake. Let me tell you, this is one of THE BEST cakes I've ever had anywhere. It was perfectly moist, had this mild yet addicting flavor and texture, and it wasn't too sweet. I'll be ordering this again for Xmas and will request it at my wedding. Kudos to the bakers!!! the food is amazing but the service is terrible, they ignore the phones, and will cancel orders after they've been place. i was on the phone placing an order, the call got cut and now my calls are being forwarded. the customer service is just bad.
Food is good but why the workers especially the lady with the dreads always have attitude.If you hate your job that much why give people poor customer service...Get another job if every morning you wake up and go to work MISERABLE...
