Came to get Jamba before going to the parks. Ordered something off the menu and the girl at the register proceeds to rudely say this location doesn't have that item even though the go getter was clearly on their menu, if it was sold out understandable but why have something on the menu if it's supposedly not sold at that location. Take it off so if people ask they don't get a rude comeback by their employees. Not only that she charged me for 4 savory pretzels when I told her and motioned the number 2 for how many I wanted. I wish I could give zero stars. I SPECIFICALLY asked for no bananas when ordering 2 açaí bowls. The cashier was sooooooo quiet. I could barely hear her. Had no customer service skills. When I received my order it had banana after I asked twice for no bananas. Please be more communicative if you’re confused about an order. On top of that when I received my order I told both employees (females) I asked for no banana. I hate wasting food so I just took the bowls. Then the employees started laughing because they messed our orders up. Please have better communicational skills and customer service skills!
The green drinks here are fantastic! I tried the greens and ginger drink, which I believe had spinach, kale, mango, and ginger. It's delicious, with a nice kick from the ginger that I really enjoy. I expected this location to have a long queue, and while there was a line, it wasn't too bad, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was also very quick. If you're looking to stroll around and do some people-watching, I highly recommend stopping by to grab a smoothie to enjoy while you explore—it's definitely worth it!
My go-to for something quick fast and filling. I make smoothies almost everyday at home so i'm definitely grabbing one here while at Disneyland. My favorite was the Mega Mango, it's juice and fruit and then I add in 2 scoops soy protein (i'm hoping they add more vegan protein options) peanut butter (hopefully they add more nut butter options) and 3G energy for the caffeine if i'm not planning to get Starbucks that day. This will literally keep me full for hours and it tastes like candy that's why I looove smoothies.
The staff at the front and the gentleman at the pickup are very courteous. I visited this Jamba four times in one week, and each smoothie was consistently delicious. Many people work efficiently in this small kitchen. I enjoy the colorful light display while I wait; even as an adult, I like to indulge my inner child. They have hand sanitizers available for those concerned about COVID-19, and several employees wear masks.
Amazing! We came here after a long day at Disney in need of fresh fruit and veggies! It tasted so so good!! we highly recommend the Caribbean passion and white gummy, and add protein as well as a daily vitamin!

This Jamba Juice location is one of the busiest you'll find, but they handle orders efficiently! There are much better snack options here than just sprinkling or popcorn.
