I ordered delivery from Jamba and had a really disappointing experience. First, the drinks came in plain, generic cups—not the usual Jamba Juice ones. I got the cold brew coffee, which I’ve enjoyed before, but this time it was terrible and even had a stringy texture when I poured it out. To add to the frustration, they sent me a breakfast sandwich instead of the veggie spring item I ordered. There was no mention of any issue with my order in the confirmation email. It was unbelievable. I’ve filed a complaint and hope they resolve it properly without any problems with the refund.
Jamba Juice is a charming, clean, and neatly organized place situated in a roomy plaza in El Monte. The staff was friendly and fast, and the prices were quite affordable. They have a broad selection of healthy smoothies and bowls. I chose the plant-based apple n' greens smoothie, made with apple and strawberry juice combined with kale, mango, banana, and peaches, totaling only 320 calories. It was an ideal choice for a warm day in Los Angeles. Overall, I enjoyed a refreshing and wholesome smoothie that I truly liked.

I find this restaurant to be quite inconsistent. Sometimes the smoothies have the perfect thick texture, but other times they're as thin as water. I've had two açai bowls in the past, and they were fantastic! However, today, while the fruit was delicious, the consistency was more like a cold soup—just pure liquid! I don't see why the staff would serve something like that.
The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered. Usually, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but this time they appeared to be worn out. An off-duty employee was on his phone, distracting the person at the counter, which was extremely frustrating. It's currently 2:16 PM on September 28, 2021—hopefully, you have cameras to look into this situation.
The staff at Jamba were very kind and welcoming, and the service was fast. I ordered the large Peanut Butter Moo'd for $8.59. With inflation, it does seem a bit expensive, but it was definitely tasty!
I discovered large pieces of frozen mango in my bowl that could have been blended more smoothly. I would recommend choosing the Pitaya bowls instead.
