So, go to Jasmin for solid and ‘proper’ (not messed up fusion!!! Indian food that is quite filling. However, don’t go for the service or anything ‘fussy’ ambience-wise. The dishes we are had a mix of OK to excellent elements. Mostly we felt the spice/flavour...was great but the meat/key ingredient was way overcooked in each dish. That was absolutely the case for the vindaloo, that had great kick but the meat was so incredibly tough. The garfish special was quite fun but, unsurprisingly, the subtle fish flavour disappeared under the weight of the Indian flavours. Behind the unassuming door, we walked downstairs to one of the most warm and inviting restaurants we have been to. The scent of fresh aromas filling our noses, invading our senses. With our already booked table awaiting, we were led down a corridor to another room that was equally inviting. With Bree as our waitress we had the most exceptional service combined with atmosphere. We had big hopes for our food and we were not disappointed. We chose the basics, butter chicken, lamb Korma and panak paneer with a side of cheesey garlic naan and a glass of grenache (as suggested by Bree) we delved into our meal. So, so good! Thank you Mrs Singh and family.
Went with the family after years and Amrik the owner of the restaurant was very courteous in welcoming us. We ordered Hungry Menu and each dish from entrees to mains was delicious. My personal favourite are samosas andPrawn curry. The food tasted still the...same even after years. This place is a Macca of Indian restaurant and one must dine here. Note- this place is closed on Sunday and Monday.

I ordered ffrom specials that was fried garfish and liver piaz with paratha.
Garfizh was lil bland,maybe some more masalas with lilbit of salt could have done the trick.
Liver piaz was outstanding.
Parantha were good when served hot but if you dnt eat it soon then it starts to harden from sides very quickly.
Overall a good experience.

Easily my favourite Indian restaurant in Australia. The blue vein cheese naan is mesmerizing and the tindaloo will knock your socks off. Fantastic menu and even better service. Will always come back here for A+ quality food.
Fantastic value, and the awards were totally well earned food was so yummy. Attentive service and food came punctually as well! Would suggest the Chicken Mansala and Chicken Tandoori!
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions. Mouthwatering food and amazing staff. Must visit restaurant in adelaide. Tried chicken tindaloo(toooo spicy and delicious).
Best Indian food I've ever had. Can't recommend enough the blue cheese naan and chicken masala. Beautiful restaurant that smells incredible and I love the cricket memorabilia.
