Ausgezeichnete Qualität, die Wildbratwürste, Rinderschinken und Hirschcracker sind ausgesprochen lecker! Der Service war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und weitere Produkte probieren. Die negativen Bewertungen anderer kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Wildbretverarbeitung richtet sich nach Abschussquoten und hat nichts mit MASSENVIEHHALTUNG UND SCHLACHTUNG zu tun! Es empfiehlt sich daher, früh zu kommen; zudem besteht auch die Möglichkeit der Vorbestellung.

Wir haben vor zwei Wochen dort eingekauft. Bereits die Rinder-Cracker und die Wild-Salami haben wir probiert und sind begeistert. Sehr gut gewürzt, genau so muss es schmecken. Das Gulasch und die Ochsenschwänze sind noch eingefroren, wir hoffen, sie schmecken genauso gut.
