The first time I visited a Jason's Deli was in Savannah, GA. I was impressed by their oversized baked potato. The salad was decent, as far as I can recall. That was a few years back. Today, I decided to give it another shot and visited this location. The establishment is very clean and the staff are friendly. However, the women's restroom was not as clean due to some individuals not flushing and leaving a mess. I ordered the Mesa Chicken Salad and The Plain Jane Potato. Unfortunately, I forgot to request butter for my baked potato. Luckily, I had some butter at home. I opted for the 'lighter' portion on both items. The baked potato would have probably tasted better if eaten fresh at the rest...
food was good, as usual. the restaurant itself was clean; however the lights in the women's bathroom were not on and the switch had been taped over so it wasn't possible to turn them on...unfortunately this wasn't the worst part. my partner and I walked in and stood at the registers for about 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. i had given the guy standing at the one register the benefit of the doubt, because it looked to me like he was closing that till out. then I realized that he'd looked up at us a few times without saying a word, so I looked closer...this man (Giancarlo) was watching something on his phone! My first time visiting a Jason's Deli location and I can't believe we hadn't been there before. The salad bar was easily the best I've had in many years! The ingredients looked fresh, appealing, and there was a great variety. Our sandwiches looked just like the posted photos and tasted delicious. I had the 'Rachel' and my husband had the hot pastrami. Deli pickles are available on the salad bar. One visit to the bar allows you to fill a plate larger than the salad bar bowl one time, but all customers can eat from the 'dry end' of the bar (you have to see it in person to understand) and enjoy soft serve ice cream in chocolate, vanilla, or swirl flavors. The kids' Mac and cheese is Kraft, so while it may be a hit with your little ones, it's not homemade. The service is quick and friendly, but where Jason's truly excels is in catering. They have it down to a science, with same day orders often not a problem. Their app makes ordering custom meals or large party trays a breeze, and they have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions like gluten free.

Jason's Deli is one of the top restaurants in Northern Virginia, offering healthier options for patrons. The salad bar is a standout, with a wide variety of soups, sandwiches, and pastas to choose from. The staff, management, and owner are all extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional. The restaurant is consistently clean and the food, including the salad bar, is always fresh. I highly recommend dining at Jason's Deli and believe that the Northern Virginia area would benefit from having more locations.
Amazing sandwich shop! Located in the fair lakes shopping area, there's plenty of seatings and the restaurants is a lot larger than it looks from the outside. The menu was extensive with a lot of options from salad, soups, sandwiches, and pasta. I ordered 2 sandwiches and it was amazing! Broccoli Ana cheddar soup was great as well. You can get free ice cream here! Which was amazing to end the meal. Will be back for more!
Been here multiple times. Love getting the unlimited salad bar option. It's got so much to get you full if you make it two plates. Then you can get the included soft serve. Love to come every once and awhile to get our salad on.
I was feeling very unwell and ordered my soup online just a minute ago. Walter quickly prepared it for me in just 30 seconds. Their customer service is always fantastic.
