My coworkers and I order from them about 2-3 times a month over the last 2 years about. The food is good which is why we always end up going back. The service on the other hand is absolutely terrible and has gotten much worse over the last few months. Wemake sure we place the order for lunch by 10:30AM otherwise they take the phone off the hook if they get too busy. We pick upat 12:15 so this gives them plenty of time to get the order ready yet you still end up waiting 20-25 minutes. I have never been so disrespect. I've came to the place multiple times. I usually call at home, then pick it up on the way to work. Today I called and the person answers but asked me to be on hold. The lady put the phone down on the counter without muting me and I can hear everything shes saying.She called me lazy and said how I am probably in the car in the parking lot. It would have been perfectly acceptable if he had explained that our order was taking longer due to the wait or had taken a more professional approach. I often feel anxious when paying because I'm apprehensive about his attitude, which makes me uncomfortable. Ultimately, we decided we don’t want to deal with that anymore and will be choosing to eat elsewhere from now on. If you don't mind encountering unwarranted attitudes, the food is indeed good.
If you lack patience for the public and can only make an average bagel, then a bagel shop on Route 10 may not be the right choice for you. I waited ten minutes just to place my order, then when I tried to order coffee, I was met with hostility from an irate New Yorker behind the counter. The bagel was decent, but honestly, you can find better, quicker, and friendlier options just a short walk away to the east or west.
Java Joes is one of my favorite Bagel places, Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese is my favorite, the everything bagel with extra butter is delicious too. This place gets busy and parking can be annoying plan accordingly, good fresh food takes time to make, if youare in a hurry or inpatient not for you. One of the best bagels in the area.
Rude guy, refused to take order over the phone. Not sure if that?s just their policy or they were too busy. For very average breakfast food, they should at least be warm and inviting. I see an ?under new management? sign in their future. There?s plentyof other options in the area, skip this place.

The service was slow and the staff were somewhat rude. I understand it was early in the morning, but it's a bagel shop after all. The bagels themselves were more like bread and didn't have that crispy boiled crust that I expected. Additionally, the cream cheese was quite lacking as well.
Loved this place! Had whitefish bagel and my son had a breakfast wrap! Absolutely delicious bagels with a perfect crunch on outside. Mike and his wife were awesome and super friendly! Tons of amazing menu options and the dessert selection was amazing! Definitely check this place out !
