I have never been so disrespect. I've came to the place multiple times. I usually call at home, then pick it up on the way to work. Today I called and the person answers but asked me to be on hold. The lady put the phone down on the counter without muting me and I can hear everything shes saying.She called me lazy and said how I am probably in the car in the parking lot. I heard her call me lazy and inconsiderate almost 5 times. Then she says she was just going to keep me on hold for 20 minutes then go back to the phone!I was just being proactive in my commute to make sure I'm not late for work. I have been visiting this place For about a year and a 1/2. I was definitely a familiar face in there and I ordered my sandwich the scene every time. One day my total at the register came out to a much higher number than I was used to for 1 sandwich. So I was confused. Then I was told by the owner who took me to the side, that I did not order my sandwich correctly and that's why it was $2 more than usual. At this point, her attitude was unwarranted, especially since I had only been there once or twice before and was simply placing an order for my friend and me. I asked for some water cups for my dogs, who were outside, saying, "Since I have you here, would you mind if I got some water cups for my dogs outside?" Instead of a friendly response, she rolled her eyes and handed me two plastic containers, clearly annoyed that I specifically asked for water in these containers. To top it off, she sarcastically exclaimed, “You brought your dogs out and you didn’t bring any water?” This was the final straw that prompted me to write this review. It would have been perfectly acceptable if he had explained that our order was taking longer due to the wait or had taken a more professional approach. I often feel anxious when paying because I'm apprehensive about his attitude, which makes me uncomfortable. Ultimately, we decided we don’t want to deal with that anymore and will be choosing to eat elsewhere from now on. If you don't mind encountering unwarranted attitudes, the food is indeed good. It's hard to believe I haven't written a review for this place, considering I've probably been here nearly 50 times and I live over an hour away! Simply put, this is the best bagel spot in North Jersey. I've gone through various phases with my orders, but my current favorite is the Taylor ham, egg, and cheese with a hash brown on a French toast bagel. The food is fantastic, and the people are even better. I wish I could enjoy it every day!

If you lack patience for the public and can only make an average bagel, then a bagel shop on Route 10 may not be the right choice for you. I waited ten minutes just to place my order, then when I tried to order coffee, I was met with hostility from an irate New Yorker behind the counter. The bagel was decent, but honestly, you can find better, quicker, and friendlier options just a short walk away to the east or west.

I find the staff to be friendly and the service to be fast. The location is convenient, and there is plenty of indoor seating available. However, the bagels are not the typical boiled and chewy New Jersey variety. Instead, they are more bread-like and have a cornbread flour coating on the bottom that gives them a nice crunch.

The service was slow and the staff were somewhat rude. I understand it was early in the morning, but it's a bagel shop after all. Loved this place! Had whitefish bagel and my son had a breakfast wrap! Absolutely delicious bagels with a perfect crunch on outside. Mike and his wife were awesome and super friendly! Tons of amazing menu options and the dessert selection was amazing! Definitely check this place out !
