I’m disappointed with the $7.50 medium oat milk latte I ordered today. It was mostly ice, contained only one shot of espresso instead of the usual two, and was noticeably smaller than what I’ve come to expect from other places. This experience was really disappointing. I’m not sure why the quality at this establishment has declined so much. It used to be a more affordable option, but now it seems to have taken a turn in the opposite direction. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s worth the price anymore. The customer service was lacking too. It feels more like a bubble tea shop than a coffee shop.
I want to name that this wasn 't about the food or drinks at all, because I decided not to order. When I walked into the shop, I had a big smile and greeted the two folks at the counter with a Hi, hello! They looked at me as if I was an alien. I decided to look at the menu to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, when a white man came in, they said, hi. I didn 't like the difference in behavior, especially as a new customer who was excited to patron their business. Anyway, I hope that they can have a better approach because I perceived their behavior as discriminatory/ racist.
I had a great breakfast sandwich that was satisfying, and I appreciated the options for customization. You can choose your type of bread—I opted for the croissant—and you can also select from American, cheddar, or Swiss cheese. The pistachio latte was delightful; it was creamy and smooth, although the pistachio flavor felt a bit artificial, similar to almond syrup. The café has a vibrant atmosphere, making it a lovely place to relax.
I was craving a pistachio latte and my husband wanted a coffee cake! So delicious!! They also have bubble tea, indoor and outdoor seating. Latte was very creamy and the coffee cake was very authentic one of the best I’ve ever had. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I ordered the Moonlight Mango Tea (on the right), and it was absolutely superb and full of flavor. The other drink, a Mango Passion Fruit Smoothie, was also delightful, earning a solid 9 out of 10.
1st time. Didn't realize that we can get lower percentage sugar until after we got our order and read the menu
