We arrived at 5:30 PM to find the restaurant only half full, yet we were told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. We waited and got seated in 15 minutes. Our server, who was very polite, brought us menus. After that, we waited again. Twenty minutes later, our server came back to take our orders and mentioned that bread was in the oven and would be out shortly. However, we didn’t see our server again for another 15 minutes. By 6:25 PM, we noticed other servers bringing out bread and food for other tables. We flagged one of them down and asked if they could check on our bread. Finally, our server returned with five hot cheddar biscuits for our party of four. We continued to wait for our dinner...
I had a fantastic meal and overall experience at this restaurant. The biscuits were even better than I remembered, despite not having been to a Red Lobster in over 2 years. The Seaside Shrimp Trio was very filling, and the seafood stuffed mushrooms were delicious. I wasn't a fan of the mozzarella sticks, but that didn't detract from my experience - I simply won't order them again. My server was excellent and attentive, although I unfortunately can't recall her name. I will update my review next time I visit and ask for it. All the dishes came out delicious and promptly.
I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is served hot. The wait time for food is minimal, and they always start you off with their signature cheese biscuits, which are fresh and tasty. The prices are a bit high, especially for premium dishes like snow crab legs and surf and turf meals, but the food is delicious. I particularly love their Red Argentinian Shrimp platter - a must-try! I highly recommend this Red Lobster location in Van Dorn, Alexandria, VA.
The food was decent, but I nearly choked on a rubber band that came with the crab I ordered. The restroom was in poor condition, with a very unpleasant smell that almost made me vomit. When we asked to speak with the manager about the rubber band issue, she simply asked if I had actually choked on it. Do I really need to choke for her to acknowledge the problem? Terrible management!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It took over two hours for us to be seated due to extremely low staffing. I do not recommend this place. They informed us about the wait time, but then seated five large parties that arrived after us anyway. We had been waiting patiently, and overall, it was not a good experience.
Food was awesome and the waiter we had was awesome. Very nice people and well known on the menu. The fish is good, lobster pizza was pretty good as well. Can't go wrong with the red lobster biscuits. Food took a little bit, but over all it was a good experience. :
I LOVED this restaurant! The food was amazing and I couldn't stop eating the biscuits. The overall ambience of the place is very well done, and I appreciated the work they put into making the place feel nice. I would definitely come again
Food was well-prepared. Service could've been better (had to ask for silverware and still didn't get a knife). I was warned ahead of time that everything was slower than normal. It surely was. It took over an hour to get the entree'.

I ordered online and was 15 minutes late for pickup. When I got my order, one of the items was incorrect, and I ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes for it to be sorted out.
Everything was fantastic. There was a minor issue, but it was promptly resolved. The service was excellent despite how busy they were.
