Java Man offers excellent coffee and sugar-free/fat-free muffins, but that's not why we keep coming back. This beautifully renovated bungalow from the 1920s provides the PERFECT ATMOSPHERE for anyone who appreciates and respects others. As we gather, we write, and admire local art, we're accompanied by the soothing backdrop of great music and the friendly presence of Jesus, Manuel, Daniel, Mauricio, and Nick. Neighborhood Beach Joint: Absolutely the BEST! The staff is incredible, and Rick, the owner (who also operates Ocean Diner on Aviation in Huntington Beach), is wonderful. I’ve been a regular at Javaman since its opening years ago, and I intend to stay a loyal customer. I had to do some work from home on a Wednesday so I decided to come Java Man. There are a lot of chairs and tables. I think I got the best area. I was very comfortable and I was able to do some work. Coffee and pastry was delicious. I was in heaven.
My favorite local coffee shop! It's an excellent place to work, enjoy a coffee, and pick up a snack or a quick meal. I typically visit once or twice a week. Thank you, Java Man, for providing me a reason to step out of my apartment during the week!

This is a small coffee shop near the beaches. I had a bagel and coffee for breakfast. The inside is cool to walk through with a lot of items to look at. Most of the customers are friendly.
