Thankfully, the team at Jefferson Market understands this, and I finally found the place to satisfy my craving. I'm not sure if they seasoned the meat or if it absorbed residual flavors from the griddle, but honestly, I don't care. Each bite was a delight with a perfect blend of beef, peppers, onions, and mushrooms cheering me on.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The owner is really attentive and went out of his way to help me when there was an issue with my sandwich delivered by DoorDash. He personally remade it and brought it to me, and let me tell you, the sandwich was outstanding! Highly recommend this place!
