I arrived at the restaurant with a large order for six people, a bit worried about holding up the line. However, the team at this Jersey Mike's was exceptional. They operated seamlessly together, handling my order with impressive efficiency—I've never seen anything like it. The staff was incredibly friendly and focused on providing great customer service.
A great sub starts with fresh, delicious bread, and JM's definitely delivers on that. They also offer generous portions of meat along with a wide variety of essential vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, and more. A nice bonus is that they prepare everything quickly. As your slogan says, it's truly "a sub above."

The customer service was incredibly disappointing! The staff completely disregarded us upon entering. The atmosphere also felt somewhat unwelcoming. If it were possible, I would rate it zero stars.
