I'm officially done with Jersey Mikes. Our family has been ordering from the Wyckoff location regularly for the past year or so. The quality of the meats are a step up from Subway, coupled with the ability to place orders online, are two of the mainattributes that initially drew us to the store. Since the popularity of the establishment has increased however, the appeal hasdramatically decreased. The convenience of ordering online has long been lost, due to the fact that you'll still have to waitanywhere from 15 30 minutes in the store, PAST your scheduled pickup time, depending on the day (if it's a weekend, expect await on the longer end of the spectrum). I have frequented many JerseyMikes and always had a goodexperience. From the outside of this building I was expecting a lot more. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to Jersey Mike standards. Honestly I would've walked out, but my family was very hungry. We visited on May 5, 2023 and the restaurant was empty. We were there around 5pm and half of the dining area was blocked off with chairs on the tables and tape blocking the area. There was no outdoor seating. I had to squeeze through the blocked off area to use the bathroom and wished I didn't, it was not clean. We had to ask an employee to clean off the high top table so we could eat. On June 22, 2023, I encountered an issue at this restaurant for the first time. As a senior citizen, I called the Wyckoff, NJ location this afternoon with a simple question. Unfortunately, I was hung up on twice by an employee named Nick, who claimed he was too busy to assist me. I found his behavior to be quite rude.
Our family stopped here on the way through for traveling and the staff was so kind. My son got a football stuck on their roof and three employees made his day by getting his football back. Subs were 10/10 too! Thank you Jersey Mikes employees for goingabove and beyond.

Wonderful experience all the way around. The employees are friendly, you are greeted when you enter and thanked when you depart. We are in and the place was clean. Fountain drinks (Pepsi) or bottled. The food was very good everything was fresh.
Came from out of state to visit family. Stopped here with my aunt to get lunch. Fast and friendly service. There was a line, but our service was so quick. I was impressed with how quick our sandwiches were made. Highly recommend.
Staff was happy to see me, fast, friendly and attentive. They made my sandwich exactly as I had requested and checked me out quickly. Plenty of parking available and plenty of clean tables inside.
First time at any Jersey Mike's. Everything was very good. Only a minor miscommunication on where to pick up, phone order is not in store or Internet. Would give four and one half if I could.

I can’t eat a Turkey sandwich anywhere without comparing it to this establishment. And this establishment has the upper hand each time
Great spot with friendly staff and delicious sandwiches! Ample parking and quick service make it even better!
