I've noticed that my recent online orders have taken much longer than the 15 minutes promised by the app. While the food is tasty and the staff are friendly, the increasing wait time is becoming a real problem. Tonight, I showed up 20 minutes after placing my order only to find my sandwich hadn’t even been made yet. If they only start preparing the sandwich once I arrive, what’s the point of ordering through the app? The food is excellent, but their timing needs serious improvement. In fact, I wrote this review while waiting inside for my sub, which was 30 minutes after ordering. As an update, I finally got my sandwich 38 minutes after ordering, even though the app said it would take about 1...
I highly recommend Jersey Mike's Subs. The service is always exceptional, and the food is delicious every time I visit. I've become a regular because of the consistently great experience. I've also observed a kind older gentleman, likely a supervisor, who treats the staff with genuine respect. With my background in the restaurant industry, I appreciate the attention to detail and the positive, supportive environment the friendly team fosters. Dining here is always a pleasure.
Jersey Mike's in West St. Paul has an amazing staff. They are friendly and make me feel valued and at ease during my visits. The subs are fantastic—I love the fresh tomatoes and lettuce. The meat and cheese are sliced right in front of you. No other sub place can compare to Jersey Mike's. Thank you to the staff for your warm hospitality. My husband and I will definitely be back!
I ordered a giant Kahana for pickup, and my wife went to get it. When we got home, we realized we were only given half a sub. I called the restaurant, and they insisted they had made a giant. I explained that it didn’t seem like a giant to me, but I didn’t want to argue, so I let it go. I guess this is their idea of a giant.

JM's subs are absolutely fantastic. They go the extra mile by not only preparing your sandwich right in front of you at the counter, but also slicing the deli meat fresh before your eyes. These fresh sandwiches are nothing short of amazing.
I absolutely love the gluten-free sub options! The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is really friendly. We've definitely been won over—Jersey Mike's is our go-to from now on. They even slice your meats and cheeses to order!
Jersey Mike's Subs offers the best Philly cheesesteaks in the area. My top pick is the Chipotle cheesesteak. Plus, they freshly slice all the meat for every sandwich. I've even gotten my roommates addicted to Jersey Mike's!
They have just opened, and I must say, the staff is incredibly friendly! The sandwich I had was excellent. This is a fantastic new business, and I will definitely be returning!
