This is my second review for this restaurant in my neighborhood. I placed my order through the app and the sandwich was completely wrong. The bread was incorrect, there was no chipotle mayo, and it lacked flavor entirely. It's a shame because I have been to the Livonia Middlebelt location and they are fantastic. The Greenfield Southfield location could definitely learn a thing or two from them. I would not recommend this location.
I had a great sub that was served warm and exactly how I preferred it, without a wrap or bun. The ingredients were fresh and the portion size was generous. The service was also excellent, despite the restaurant being busy. The cashier welcomed me warmly and accommodated my request for extra wrap on the side, along with extra banana peppers and tomatoes. I would definitely consider returning to this location in the future.
Sullen attitudes, this is new at this location I've used this location for over a year and the quality of service and food has diminished greatly. The cook on the grill let out the loudest sneeze. And my sub had charred bits in it..made a nother customer's wrong and got smart about it. I don't think this establishment is going to survive.
My 2nd time coming to this specific establishment. Didn't have any bread upfront, the lady asking what sandwich I would like forgot I was even in line. I watch about 3 people get there's made and I was there before them. I'll just got to the one on 12mile from now on. I visited this restaurant around 6:30 pm and the service was excellent. My sandwich was delicious and even though it is located on a busy street, it was definitely worth the drive. The manager, Rachel, was fantastic!
Very clean store, staff was very friendly. Excellent service and sandwich. I’ve been to the original Jersey Mike’s location in Pt. Pleasant, and this sandwich has been the closest I’ve had in Michigan.
My food had always been great until today. The order was wrong and I'm saddened because I was looking forward to eating favorite meal from there. #9!

Sandwiches are awesome! Service was slow though and it was very tidy.
