Every time I arrive after 8:00 PM, the cold sub station is closed. I've noticed that this issue only happens at this particular Jersey Mike's; no other locations do this. It can't be company policy. When I walked in at 8:38, I was turned away immediately because the staff recognizes my order. I've been rejected at least five times now. I come here at the end of my workday, feeling tired and hungry. I've spent a lot of money at this restaurant, but I've had enough.
The customer service was outstanding. I think her name was Amanda, and she was the one slicing the meat. She followed my request perfectly—I prefer my cold cuts sliced very thin. I've had less pleasant experiences at other Jersey Mike's, so this was a refreshing change. Overall, it’s a fantastic location with very friendly staff.
This restaurant is truly wonderful. It's spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They go out of their way to ensure your order is prepared just the way you want it, and you can really sense the care that goes into each dish. Mike, the cashier, was particularly helpful, and every member of the team is warm and welcoming!
I arrived here around 8:30 PM after a long day of driving. The staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly friendly! I ordered a Chipotle chicken sub, which turned out to be one of the cheesiest and most delicious subs I've ever tasted. I definitely plan to return if I’m ever in the area again. I've dined there several times and have yet to have a disappointing experience. The food is excellent, and the service is quick and friendly. Although there was a bit of a line, that's always a good sign—people are willing to wait for a tasty meal.
Food is usually ok, today they forgot the hot sauce on a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Service is not good, online ordering a real pain. There were a good amount of flies in the store too so yeah not sure I'll be back.
The service is consistently excellent, and the food is fantastic. The prices are great, and everything is always prepared exactly as requested.
