So they close at 9pm. We walked in at 8:45pm to order 2 minis. Now, we asked prior to ordering if they were closing and they both said NO we can still take your order. Young lady had our bread right on the counter NO paper under it or napkin. When I questioned her about why she had our sandwiches on the bare counter she responded, well we are closing soon and plus the counter is clean the counter was visibly not clean. My husband didn 't care and we still continued our order however, how unsanitary of her. Then used her gloved finger to spread the sauce on my husband 's bread. NEVER WILL SEE US AGAIN. That 's insanely disgusting
The team seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, likely due to DoorDash or online orders. However, they were all very friendly, attentive, and patient. They let me know they would be with me shortly and even apologized before taking my order. It was clear that they worked well together and remained calm under the pressure of a busy rush. When I left, they thanked me for my patience. Overall, it was a fantastic staff and a great experience.

I ordered a Chipotle chicken sub, but they forgot the Chipotle! It wasn’t even busy—there was only one person in front of me who had already ordered and another who just came in to place theirs. How do you forget such a key ingredient? It’s right there in the name!

They were so nice. They made my sandwich with love. Very very clean which is a plus. And both staff members I interacted with on 7/2/24 were very warm, welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this jersey mikes location.

The supervisor is very friendly and always creates a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the sandwiches are truly exceptional—definitely five stars!
I really like their flavors. Probably the best national hoagie chain, but here in NJ, the local bread beats theirs by a mile.
