I did not enjoy my experience at this restaurant. The staff was slow and seemed distracted. The person taking our order did not ask us what kind of bread we wanted and seemed more interested in chatting with their coworkers. Our food was passed off to another employee who seemed overwhelmed and was confused by the register. The customer service was lacking, but the food was tasty. Our table was dirty and they only had canned sodas available.
I had an issue with my order yesterday at this restaurant, but after speaking with the manager Connie, she rectified the mistake. Today, on Sunday, I went back and my sandwich was made correctly. Connie provided excellent customer service and I will definitely continue to visit Jersey Mike's on Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga. The food is fresh and delicious, and the staff are fantastic. Big thanks to Connie for her help!
this place is like a flattened ikea pencil, in other words, useless and preposterous. I saw a hair in my sandwich once and the workers were extremely unprofessional, shouting, throwing food, and putting food on the grill that didn’t belong. They would also talk about inappropriate things while taking customers orders. Never going again don’t recommend this jersey mikes.
The staff here at Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill are fantastic . They are so nice and friendly. They always make you feel welcome and happy to see you. I visited today and was disappointed to find that all the tables were dirty, the countertops were dusty, and the floors were covered in food mess. The bathroom was even worse. On the upside, the food was tasty, and the staff was very friendly. However, it definitely needs a thorough cleaning!
The sandwiches are consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly. When I walked in, they were playing The Pixies on the stereo, which was a nice touch. You really can't ask for more than that!
I don't see the point in ordering online... every time my order is delayed and customers walking in the door get served first... such slow service at lunch
