Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter

One disappointment was the poor quality of the drinks, which needed to be replaced. However, the food and service are always wonderful. The restaurant is easily accessible for wheelchair users and stroller friendly.

I had a terrible experience with the staff and management at this restaurant. I would not recommend going to this location. The employees treat customers poorly.

Had not eaten Jersey Mikes in a long time. The food was good, made to order. Will definalty go back. Staff was friendly.

The restaurant is excellent. They simply need more delivery drivers.
