LORD OF THE FLIES!!!! An absolutely terrible experience! I took my husband here for his birthday. Sadly, first and last time. We sat at the bar to order a couple drinks. We were swatting fruit flies attempting to enjoy our cocktails before sitting at our table. When we were seated at our table, we were swarmed and overwhelmed with them! They were on our straws, literally died in our drinks, touching everything. It got so bad, I asked to waiter to have our food to go. It was extremely disappointing. The staff, including the security guards and hostesses, are always friendly and kind, so I make sure to tip them generously. Recently, I visited with a group of friends and had a great time. There is only one reason alone we will never go to Bijou and his name is Paul. He is a condescending, uneducated and rude human and should not be in the service industry at all. It is obvious that he has no education in business or in respecting other people. There was a misleading promotion the night we attended and instead of trying to make it right he made us angry and frustrated. He spoke down to us when all he had to do was offer a round of drinks or a couple appetizers and we would have stayed. We decided to try out Bijou Brunch and it was fantastic. Our waitress was excellent and the food was amazing. I ordered the cannoli stuffed French toast and my cousin had the open-faced steak sandwich with truffle fries - both dishes were delicious. We also tried the carafe of the Bijou Mimosa and highly recommend it - it was the best mimosa I've ever had. We definitely plan on returning for brunch again to try some other options. 5 stars! Highly recommend. The staff is super accommodating and professional. Everyone from the manager to servers. Well versed on the menu and very much want to make you have a proper experience. The place is a total vibe. Very chic and trendy. Great house/clubby music playing to make you feel like you're not on Long Island. Food is fantastic great size portions and delicious. Such a hot scene. Cannot wait to go back for drinks and to party!!
I have discovered a new favorite spot at Scotto's, which continues to impress with their fantastic food, drinks, atmosphere, and vibe. I absolutely love everything about this place and will definitely be returning for their boujee Sunday brunch whenever I can. The DJ spinning during brunch is an awesome touch and overall I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10.

It's a restaurant and becomes a night bar with DJ. The drinks are very light, meaning you would need to order 4 drinks to get buzz of one drink. Water down basically. The music does end exactly around 11pm. Not really worth going here if you want to just have fun and drink.
