I am a regular customer of this bakery and pastry shop and I cannot boast the quality of their products. The Cherbourgeois bread is simply delicious, with a crunchy crust and a mellow mie. Their sandwiches are a real gourmet, and desserts are a temptation to which it is difficult to resist. The team is always welcoming and smiling, making every visit pleasant. This bakery- pastries has become my favourite destination for an authentic gourmet experience. Congratulations to the whole team for their excellent work!
While passing through Cherbourg, I was captivated by the creativity and quality of the products offered by chef Jean-François Foucher. What a delight ! I don't understand the negative reviews. Certainly customers accustomed to supermarket pastries... And yet it would be an insult to the pastry chefs of these supermarkets to give too much importance to the opinion of these ignorant palates. At least your pastry will not have left them indifferent. Continue to delight our taste buds! We will come back!

The ingredients are of quality. We're dealing with a real craftsman. Prices are related to the quality of products.
