This place is so amazing, it so great I can’t even explain it. I got the Gyoza for an appetizer and it was the BEST I’ve ever had. The best!! The flavor is so good in the filling, the sauce is good, and the wrapper is crispy. We got a Philadelphia roll and Shrimp Tempura with cream cheese. Sooo good!! It tasted amazing. Only thing I didn’t like was the cucumber in it! I got the Mai Fun and it was delicious! The meat is chewy but it’s goodd. The noodles are thin and great. Whenever we visit Jiang Jun in Jackson, TN, we always have a fantastic dining experience. Their maki rolls are my favorite, and the egg drop soup has more flavor than any other Chinese restaurants I've tried. We will definitely continue to dine at Jiang Jun whenever we're in town.
