I tried calling the restaurant an hour before they closed, making several attempts between 5 PM and 5:15 PM, but I didn’t get any answer. Their website indicates that they close at 6 PM on Saturdays, and I really needed to pick up food for a long trip, especially since they’ll be closed tomorrow. It’s disappointing that they don’t seem to understand how essential their sandwiches are to my dietary needs. Considering their high prices, I would have expected them to be more willing to accommodate an order in the range of $60 to $90.
Dining at this restaurant can be quite expensive. A regular sub starts at around $7.50, and a large one costs over $14! While I don’t eat large portions, I don’t believe these prices are warranted. The sandwiches are good, but not outstanding, although the service is fast. The drive-thru has some frustrating curbs that would be better removed, especially with a McDonald’s just 30 feet away. I can't genuinely recommend paying sit-down restaurant prices for deli sandwiches.
As a OTR truck driver it's hard to find places that will deliver to you while you're at the customer. That being said, this Jimmy John's was polite, professional and very helpful. From the time I submitted my online order to the time they delivered was about 10 minutes. The sandwich was made to order, not just thrown together but like it's supposed to be. The gentleman who delivered was polite and friendly. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
I really enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches, but this location needs to improve its business operations. In my last four attempts to order through their online portal, I've been informed that they either don't have a delivery driver or that they simply aren't delivering that day. For a business that revolves around quick sandwich delivery, this is quite unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location again.

I ordered over 200 sandwiches for my employees from this location, and the staff truly exceeded my expectations. They ensured that my order was perfect, packed everything flawlessly, and even offered to stay open late to accommodate me. I really appreciate their efforts in making this a wonderful experience for my team. Thank you!
I don’t typically write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I'm not sure if he's the franchise owner, manager, or something else, but he's a fantastic person, and the staff is wonderful too. They’re quick, accurate, and always create a welcoming atmosphere. These qualities keep me coming back multiple times a week!
The delivery drivers at this location park out in the open driving lanes of the parking lot, effectively blocking one or both of the driving lanes in the parking lot. Cars will not be able to enter one side of the parking lot because it is blocked.Management at this location doesn't seem to care.
