I appreciate this Jimmy John’s location has a drive thru, which is why I chose to go here. I pulled up to the drive thru after ordering and without a hello or anything, I’m greeted with “do you want to leave a tip”, so I did. No thank you or anything, last time I leave someone at this location a tip! Also ridiculous you charge for a glass of water now. If you’re asking for a tip for doing your job, the least you could do is say thank you. I would rate this experience negative stars if I could.
I ordered my food on the website for delivery , and my delivery address was less than 10 minutes away and it took over 30 minutes for my food to come. The delivery driver was not warm feeling at all, he delivered my food and walked up to me and said “ oh this is for you “ and refused to hand me my food until I signed and filled out the receipt and demanded a tip. I will never order from this location ever again , very hostile delivery drivers.
Went in for a quick bite today. Worst sandwich, and nastiest lobby I've ever seen for a JJs. EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty. Had to take my food back to the car. When I opened my food my sandwich was bare. Only meat and no lettuce or any fillings really. I only get one sandwich from jjs, and it always tastes good. Today, I had to stop halfway as the bread was too stale to finish the sandwich.
Okay the food is good, and the people working are nice. but the music was too loud and they couldn’t hear what i was saying, so they kept getting what i wanted wrong and i had to correct them. i was going to get more food but it was too much of a hassle to get 1 sandwich and 2 drinks. Horrible service. Employees doing nothing but chatting. Waited over 20 minutes for an online order because no one talked to us or asked us what we were waiting for, sandwich was sitting in their area ready the whole time. Super disappointing, won’t be going to this location again.
Such terrible service. Ordered online 20 mins ahead of time and 4 people walked up to counter and got their order before I did. I ordered another sandwich and got it before my online order came out. I do not recommend this location.
Been here over 30 times in 2023, ate there last Friday and got food poisoning from the sandwich. The tomatoes were orange with green spots. Didn’t realize until it tasted extremely different. Very unhappy paying to get sick.
